- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is one casting team member — a director, casting director, producer, or assistant — who has access to your organisation's dashboard. Performers are never charged and never count as seats.
- Can performers use Stagebound for free?
- Yes. Performers check in and maintain their profiles completely free, always. Stagebound charges casting organisations for the tools they use to manage productions — not performers for participating in auditions.
- What happens when I reach the Free plan limits?
- You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. Your existing data is never deleted — you just won't be able to create new productions until you upgrade or remove an old one.
- Can I try Pro before committing?
- Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can explore the full feature set and decide if it's right for your team.
- How does per-seat pricing work?
- You pay for each casting team member who has an account in your organisation. You can add or remove seats at any time; billing adjusts at the end of your billing period.
- Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
