Your career, organized from day one
Accept an invite, submit the self-tape a team requests, and keep a profile you own. Performers are always free.
How Stagebound works for performers
A casting team invites you to a production. You submit what they ask for and keep a profile. There is no fee.
Accept an invite
A casting organization invites you to a production, or imports a list you are already on. Joining is free.
Submit the self-tape
When a team requests a tape for a role, you record and send it from your account. The team reviews it on their side.
Keep your profile
Your headshot, resume, and credits stay yours. Update them once and they travel to every production that invites you.
Built around how performers actually work
Stagebound fits the work you already do — not a second career to maintain.
No fee, ever
Organizations pay for the workspace. Performers are not charged to be invited, to submit a tape, or to keep a profile.
You own your data
Your profile is yours. Casting teams see what you share — your headshot, credits, and contact. Their notes stay on their side.
One profile, every production
Whether it is your first invite or your fiftieth, the profile stays consistent across every company that uses Stagebound.
A note on how performers join Stagebound
Performers come to Stagebound when a casting organization invites them to a production. You accept the invite, submit the self-tapes that team requests, and keep a profile. There is no public job board and no fee.
This means taking part is always free. Organizations pay for seats. You are not charged to be invited, to submit a tape, or to keep your headshot and credits up to date.
Once your profile exists, you can log in to update credits and headshots. Staff notes written by a casting team stay with that team. They are not part of your profile.
